Career Development’s goal is to help prepare students to enter the workforce through several outlets. Throughout a student’s time at Pellissippi, we help them discover aptitudes that match their best-fit career pathway, train them in skills that they need to succeed in the workforce, meet with them one-on-one to discuss career goals and needs for entering the workforce, and connect them directly with employers for jobs, internships, and work-based learning opportunities.
